Voilà que depuis la vente de notre maison il y a deux mois, on se dit qu'on doit vous écrire une lettre de remerciement! Non seulement pour votre professionnalisme en tant que courtiers, mais surtout pour la vision que vous avez eue et le travail que vous avez fait afin de trouver l'acheteur idéal, et ce, dans un bref délai. 
 
En premier lieu, vous nous avez judicieusement conseillés pour la présentation de notre maison: La rendre propre, sans y investir inutilement dans la décoration et les rénovations. Lors des visites clients, vous saviez comment faire ressortir le potentiel de notre propriété aux yeux des clients. Moi qui était prêt à investir inutilement dans le "tape à l’œil!"
Ensuite, en un seul coup de fil, vous avez trouvé quelques électroménagers que je devais changer. Ils étaient livrés à ma porte le lendemain (un dimanche ??!) Cela n'était certainement pas dans votre mandat mais vous l'avez fait pour votre client!
Finalement, vous avez trouvé un acheteur et vous vous êtes occupés, de façon entièrement fluide, de nous coacher, acheteur et vendeur, avec la paperasse afin de clore la transaction (inspection, notaire, financement avec la banque, etc.)

Je crois sincèrement que votre connaissance du marché et de la région de Tremblant est un de vos meilleurs atouts. Au-delà de ces aspects, la synergie que crée votre équipe est idéale d'un point de vue affaires. Peu importe si l'un de vous étais occupés avec un client, l'autre était toujours disponible pour répondre à nos questions.
Finalement, votre grande énergie positive a rendu l'expérience très agréable pour tous !!!  
 
On a entendu dire qu'il y a plus de 300 courtiers immobiliers dans notre région...  Ce n'est certainement pas chose simple de se démarquer de cette foule mais vous le faites avec brio!

I recently sold my condo at Station Mont Tremblant. My agent was Cynthia Griffin, a real estate broker at Mont Tremblant Real Estate. To say Cynthia far exceeded my expectations as a real estate agent, would be an understatement. The sale was initially set to close on July 18, 2019. Unfortunately because of a quirk in the property survey, the closing was delayed more than four months. Cynthia stick handled this process to a successful outcome. To further complicate things, a Power of Attorney I submitted to complete the deal was judged unacceptable by the Tremblant notary. Under a tight time frame, Cynthia managed to find a lawyer in Ottawa, who came to my house to help complete the Tremblant PoA, which she managed to do within a few hours. If you want an agent who will well represent you in Tremblant real estate dealings, I would strongly recommend Cynthia Griffin.

Working with Cynthia is a real treat.

She exudes charm and enthusiasm while maintaining her professionalism. She is knowledgeable, informative, and available. She understands her clients and she definitely knows the real estate business. Over the past year we have worked with Cynthia on various occasions and have purchased 2 condos, and sold our other three investments. Finally we settled on an island cottage and again Cynthia was instrumental in our decision. She has always been available to us and has shared information and details which facilitated all arrangements. Her ideas on renovation and staging for sale have been an essential part of our success. We have lived in Tremblant for a number of years and have worked with a number of agents. Cynthia is our “go to agent” when we are looking for a purchase or sale. Throughout the years we have sold three properties with Pierre Ouimet as our agent. A house, then a condo and lately a commercial property, the three represented different challenges.
